Two CMT batchmates, Priyank Agarwal and Jatin, asked themselves: “Why does the retail investor lose the most money in the markets?”
This became the spark that started it all.1

Their curiosity turned into discovery: Everyone was chasing features, but no one addressed the real root — the psychology and behavioral side of money.
From this realization, the idea of Arth was born. Finance not just as numbers, but as human behavior understood, guided, and empowered. -
The Team Expands
Soon after, Prateek Agarwal joined as co-founder to lead the technology backbone, while Priyank and Jatin focused on product and compliance. Together, they created a partnership where product, compliance, and tech meet seamlessly—building systems that don’t just work, but last.
